Data we collect
When you submit a contact form we collect your name, email address, engagement interest, preferred fieldwork window, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If you engage us professionally, we also process business contact details and documents you provide for the audit.
Purposes
We use inquiry data to respond to scoping requests, prepare fee guidance, and administer engagements. We use limited analytics cookies only if you accept them, to understand which field notes and engagement pages are useful.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiry records are retained up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for at least seven years or longer when professional or legal obligations require. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on our cookies page.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@automatednetworks.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.
International transfers
Our primary processing occurs in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example email infrastructure), we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the sensitivity of the data.

We apply access controls and need-to-know restrictions to engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal data through the website form.
